Medicinal Ingredients: Reishi extract 16:1 (Ganoderma lucidum) (fruiting body) (33% polysaccharides) 47.3 mg (DHE 756.8 mg), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (root) 270 mg, Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) (root) 180 mg, Chicory (Cichorium intybus) (root) 94.5 mg, Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) (leaf) 90 mg, Nettle (Urtica dioica) (herb top) 90 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon, theobroma cacao shell, ginger root extract, chocolate flavour, caramel flavour, cinnamon flavour, carob powder, clove dry.
Suggested Use: Drink 1 cup of tea, four times a day. Take with food/meal to avoid digestive upset. Use 1 tea bag (1.5 g) per cup (250 ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Duration of Use: For use beyond 3 months, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have an autoimmune disorder, a heart condition, diabetes, or if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication or prescription medications. Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, do not use this product in cases of exterior excess, qi stagnation, damp obstruction, food stagnation, yin deficiency with heat signs, or skin lesions in their early stages or where there is a heat toxin.
Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps).
