Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid, even through regular mixed diet of chicken, beef, etc., it is not easily consumed. Due to this fact, you should get extra source for consumption required amount.
Beta Alanine and carnosine (non-stable in gastrointestinal tract) are essentials for maintaining optimal pH. Beta Alanine boosts carnosine concentrations and type 2 muscle fibers can soak up more H+ and stay in a good pH range. RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Increased muscle carnosine level, a factor in delaying neuromuscular fatigue in intermittent high intensity exercise.
RECOMMENDED DOSE (ADULTS 19 YEARS AND OLDER): 2 scoops daily (One scoop 2 hours prior to exercise and one scoop after exercise).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix with 125 ml cool water and drink. Slowly increase dose to maximum levels over a period of 1-2 weeks. Allow at least 2 hours between doses.
