This liquid form can be taken by children wishing to avoid beef gelatin or those who may have difficulty swallowing even the smallest softgel capsules. It also offers greater flexibility for dosage adjustments.

Vitamin D has been the subject of many recent studies, and the findings continue to suggest that supplementing this crucial nutrient in higher potencies may offer ever greater health benefits. Directions:
